Coppell is approximately 12 miles north of the Dallas – Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) at E Airfield Dr, Dallas, Texas. Since 2009, Samsung has leased 261,025 square-feet at this Texas net lease investment.

The net lease property, Point West VII, is located just off I-635 at Belt Line Road. The Net Leased Property has provided Samsung with the transportation options it was looking for in its distribution strategy. This net lease property is considered an industrial leasing opportunity for Samsung.
